The discussion will be led by Marty Korman, a Silicon Valley-based Wilson Sonsini M&A partner who (among other transactions) advised Twitter on its sale to Elon Musk and Linkedin on its sale to Microsoft.  Marty has a particular focus on advising UK/EU tech companies on their path to liquidity. He will be joined by London partner Ross Davies who recently advised Onfido on its acquisition by Entrust.
